Register with BuildR Dispute Services for a 3 month period and get the opportunity to go through the building process before you start, gets advice on the meaning of the terms in the contract before signing or in the 5 day cooling off period. You also have access to Trevor for any of those questions that arise as you go through the building process.

- Many in the industry get their information second hand and may not be deliberately misleading but misinformed.
Subscription for the 3 month period is only $605 ( incl. GST). This includes a walk through the contract and 3 months Email access. The reason for this is a requirement for legal reasons that all inquiries and answers be recorded so both parties have a record to refer to as the process proceeds. You can then pass on the advice to others without fear of any misinterpretation.
